Processing Time:
- All of our jewelry pieces are handmade with care. Please allow 14 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
- Custom orders may take longer, and we will communicate the expected timeframe during the ordering process.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- We offer Standard/Express shipping via UPS to the US and abroad.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Free shipping on orders over $2600.
Shipping Time:
- Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- International orders may take 14 - 21 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs & Duties:
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, undamaged jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized items, including made-to-order pieces, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hachoshenjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us at hachoshenjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
- Custom-made items, including engraved or specially designed pieces, cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
